Obituary for Robert Joey Thurston

Robert Joey Thurston, 55, of Spartanburg, passed away on Saturday, March 14, 2015.

He is survived by his daughter, Jennifer Thurston Taylor, and her husband Melvin Todd Taylor of Greenville; his siblings, Margaret JoAnne Morris, Delores (Joyce) Louise Hall, Judy Lynne Poynter, Dan Calvin Thurston and Jeffery Craig Thurston; and his four grandchildren, Shelby, Ava, William, and Landon Taylor.

He is predeceased by his son, Travis Joel Thurston; and his parents, John Thurston and Nancy Hargrove.

The memorial service will be held on Thursday, March 19, 2015 at 2:00 pm at Woodside Baptist Church, with the visitation preceding from 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm.
