Mildred “Millie” Beachum Robbins, 86, of Greenville, died on Friday, September 25, 2015.

Mildred was a friend to animals and people everywhere she went, and was a cherished friend and a generous humanitarian.

She is survived by her lifetime friend, Garland Pearson; her adopted daughter, Tammy Boone; her adopted granddaughters, Tara Patterson and Bryanna Selig; her cats, J.R., Sam, and Buttons; and her dog, Charlie.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Otis Arnold Robbins; her siblings, Fred Beachum, John Wesley Beachum, Raymond Beachum, Gladys Sistare, Ruth Handy, and Florence Beachum; and her parents, Luther Moore Beachum and Audria Susan Finley.

For those who wish to attend, Mildred will be honored at the 10:30 AM service at Christ Episcopal Church in Greenville on Wednesday, September 30, 2015.

The memorial service will be held at 11:00 AM on Friday, October 2, 2015 at the Woodlawn Memorial Park Remembrance Chapel.
