Obituary for Nancy Scott Kernodle
Nancy S. Kernodle, 74, of Greenville, went to be with the Lord on Friday, January 22, 2016.
She is survived by her children, David and Ronald Kernodle, of the home, Cynthia Coates of Charleston, SC; a loving granddaughter, Courtney Kernodle of Piedmont, SC; a loving grandson, Jordan (Deasha) Kernodle of Fairfax, VA; and her two great-grandchildren, Kya and Mason Kernodle; her siblings, Darla Powell of Florida, Sue (Billy) Joyner of Newport News, Virginia; her nieces and nephews, Kelly (Jason) Cofield, Amanda Hoag of Zuni, VA, William (Melissa) Joyner of Washington, and their daughter, Kayla; Doug Scott and family of Maryland; Robert (Margaret) Joyner of Richmond, VA, and his children, Olivia and Jackson.
Also surviving are her dear friends, Kathy and Jackie McClain of Piedmont; Tabitha and JR of Greenville; Alana of Open Arms Hospice.
The family would like to extend their deepest gratitude to all the staff at Open Arms Hospice for the love and care they showed Nancy.
