Donald Dean Mize, 72, of Taylors, passed away on Thursday, August 25, 2016.

He was born on January 10, 1944 in Wytheville, VA.

He is survived by his loving wife of 33 years, Rosemary Mize; and was a wonderful puppy parents to Kadie and Sissy, and his kitty, Gody.

Don was a man of many talents, and was an award winning painter and sculptor. He knew no strangers, and was a quiet, beautiful soul. Don worked for Republic Airlines and Northwest Airlines.

He is survived by his three brothers, three sisters, and two daughters.

The visitation will be held on Friday, September 2, 2016 at 2:00 pm at The Palmetto Mortuary, 300 Ben Hamby Dr, Greenville, SC 29615, with the funeral service following after.
