Samuel D. Whitlock “Sam”, 48, of Liberty, went to be with the Lord on Tuesday, July 11, 2017.
He is survived by his wife, Mona Lisa Whitlock; his sons, Samuel “David” Whitlock II; his stepson Bane Chapman; his stepdaughter Nikki Sprouse; his brother Mike Whitlock; his sister Toshia Whitlock; and his four grandchildren.
He was proceeded in death by his father Tommy Whitlock and his mother Wanda Whitlock.
