The planet lost a very good and caring man, Saturday, October 22nd. Bill Hroch, who passed away at home in Simpsonville, SC, was a loving and generous husband, father and friend. Bill, 84,was born in Astoria, NY and is survived by his wife, Paula Hricik Hroch; his children, Valerie Hunter, Charles Hroch (Carol Ann), Vanessa Allison (Craig), and Paul Buttermore (Evelyn); his sister, Virginia Twomey; six grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, Charles and Wilhemina Hroch; his sister, Carole MacEnery (Richard); and his brother-in-law, Richard Twomey. Bill retired from Metlife as a business analyst with 45 years of service.

Receiving of friends and family with take place on Sunday, October 29, 2017 at 3 pm at Palmetto Mortuary, 1017 Mauldin Road, Greenville, 29607. A celebration of Bill's life will begin at 4:00.

We wish him a speedy trip to his Spiritual Home and pray for the angels to surround his family and friends to ease their loss of his physical presence and to cope with their grief in the coming days.
