Obituary for Sylvia Cox (Lollis)

Sylvia Cox, 64, of Piedmont, went to be with the Lord on Friday, November 3rd, 2017.
She is survived by her son and best friend, Jamie Rogers (Cathleen); her siblings, Sandra Stone, Bill Lollis (Hilda), Jack Lollis (Cindy), Donald Lollis (Sonny), and Rhonda Davis (Scott); and many adoring nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her loving parents, George "Glen" Lollis and Frank and Freddie Lark; and her older brother, Tommy Lollis.
Sylvia spent her happiest moments with her son, Jamie. They loved listening to music together and watching movies, especially Jamie's favorite Forrest Gump. Just like Jenny, Sylvia loved to sing. Elvis seranaded her on a regular basis and sometimes even encouraged moving in her dancing shoes.
The family will be receiving friends and family at Palmetto Mortuary 1017 Mauldin Road Greenville, South Carolina 29607 on Tuesday, November 7th, 2017 from 1:00 pm to 2:30 pm. The Funeral Service will follow at Palmetto Mortuary 1017 Mauldin Road Greenville, 29607 on Monday, November 7th, 2017 at 2:30 pm. Join the family at Greenville Memorial Gardens,7784 Augusta Road, Piedmont. 29673 immediately following the Funeral Service.
