Obituary for Audrey Bailey Autry
Sarah "Audrey" Bailey Autry, 73, of Belton, SC, gained her angel wings Monday, August 17, 2020. She was born in Wadesboro, NC to the late Sarah O. and Barnon L. Bailey.
In her younger years, Audrey enjoyed riding motorcycles. In later years, she reveled in her church activities, sewing, fishing, hiking, and camping.
Audrey was preceded in death by her brothers, Barnon L. Bailey, Jr., and John M. Bailey. She is survived by her loving husband of 13 years, Danny Lamar Autry; daughters: Chere' Moules (Bobby), Jamie Adams (Arnold), and Kelly Plantin (Michael); grandchildren: Cameron (Mica) and Christian Sprinkle, McKenzie and Macie Moules, Crystal Britt, and Danielle McJunkins; sisters: Jean Bryant (James), Linda Bailey, Diane Strickland; brother, Claude Bailey (Harriet); and many friends and loved ones.
Family oriented, Audrey will be remembered as a loving, caring, and wonderful wife, mother, and nanny.
A memorial service will be held 10:00 AM Monday, August 31, 2020 at MJ "Dolly" Cooper Veterans Cemetery, 140 Inway Dr., Anderson, SC 29621. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to either Cornerstone Pentacostal Community Church, c/o Michael Hanley, 115 Redwood Dr., Belton, SC 29627; or The Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson's Research, www.michaeljfox.org.
