Obituary for Carl Randall Rogers
Carl "Randall" Rogers, 82, of Pauline, SC, was surrounded by his family when he went to be with the Lord on Friday, March 10, 2023. He was born in Spartanburg, SC, son to the late Alvin and Lydia Huitt Rogers.
Randall is survived by his sons, Michael Rogers (BJ) and Mitchell Rogers (Angie); grandchildren: Caleb Rogers, Nathan Rogers (Chelsea), Hannah Rogers, Caitlin Rogers (Bobby), Evan Rogers, Austin Rogers, Gracie Adams (Blake), Darcy Rogers (Andy), and Jackson Adcock; and great-grandchildren: Andy Rogers, Kayleigh Nash, and Amelia Rogers. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife of 58 years, Carole Inman Rogers; brother, Donnie Rogers; and sister, Judy Cohen.
Randall was a fisherman and enjoyed the challenge of puzzles. He was hard-working and loved working with his hands, whether it was in his yard or doing construction. Randall will be remembered for his compassion for children, his unforgettable laugh, and his ability to make others laugh. He was a devoted husband for 58 years, and a member of Philadelphia Baptist Church.
Graveside services will be held 1:00 PM Wednesday, March 15, 2023 at Philadelphia Baptist Church Cemetery in Pauline, SC.
