Charles Gordon Rains, 79, of Taylors, South Carolina went to be with the Lord Friday, October 2, 2020 at home surrounded by his loving family. He was born in Many, Louisiana to the late Jonny Jackson and Myrtle Tyler Rains.

Charles is survived by his loving wife Rona Wamsley Rains; two sons Ron (Maura), David (Debra) Rains; two grandchildren; extended family and friends.

He loved his family and friends. He'll be greatly missed! Charles was a member of Faith Temple Church.
