Obituary for Charlie Brown Stephens
Charlie Brown Stephens, 82, of Fountain Inn, SC went to be with his Lord and Savior on July 19, 2022.
The family rejoices that he was greeted at Heavens gate by his beloved son, John Preston Stephens. We know that Johnny was the first to greet him followed by his parents and many family members that had already went to be with the Lord.
He Was born on April 13, 1940, to the late John Wright Stephens and Eunice Virginia Stephens. Charlie was a man known for his love for his family. He was married to his wife, Georgia Mae Stephens, for over 65 years. He enjoyed her “good ole home cooking” and meals with his family. He was a dedicated Husband, Daddy and Papa.
Surviving in addition to his wife, are a son Charles “Eddie” Stephens with wife Carol , Daughter in Law Kelli Stephens, his 3 grandchildren, Charles Ethan Stephens with wife Sheila, Elizabeth Stephens Landreth with husband Ethan, Emily Stephens Gutierrez with husband Parker and his 3 great grandchildren Audrey, Magnolia and Kayce. He was predeceased by his son, John Preston Stephens, a sister Pansy Stephens Thackston and a brother Fred L Stephens.
