Dennis Ray King, age 67, of Greer SC, originally from Atlanta, Georgia, passed away peacefully at his home surrounded by his family on Thursday, March 24, 2022. He was the son of the late Raymond and Fradie Mae King.

Dennis is survived by his wife, Ramona King; sons, Russell King (Charlene King) and Allen Crow (Sedona Crow); daughter, Amanda Fuller (Paul Fuller); brother, Don King; grandchildren: David King, Liyra Fuller, Collin King, Chase Fuller, and Rylen Fuller; niece, Lakaila Dunston; and nephews, Bryson and Braden King. In addition to his parents, Dennis was preceded in death by his brother, David King; sister, Joyce King.

Dennis loved “to do some finishin” and sitting around a campfire telling lies. One of the many things people will remember about Dennis is the love he had for smoking his pipe (put a little on top)!

He was known for having a huge heart underneath that tough shell of his. With that tough shell, no matter what he would always make time to give advice or even a shoulder to lean on. Dad, you will always be in our hearts… because in there you’re still alive. His loving wife will remember, Dennis would always let her be right, even
if she was wrong (he had the patience of a saint).

Celebration of life will take place 12:00 PM Sunday, March 27, 2022 at the home of Russell and Charlene King. f
