Douglas Anthony "Tony" Medlin, 57, of Waterloo, SC, went to be with the Lord on Saturday, December 31, 2022. He was born in Greenville, SC to Ruth Ann Wood and the late Homer Medlin, Jr..

Tony worked as a roofer and in his spare time he enjoyed fishing, riding his motorcycle, and woodworking. In a house divided, he was a Clemson fan. He had a big heart and loved his family above all.

In addition to his mother, Tony is survived by his partner of seven years, Kimberly Howl; daughter, Krystal Medlin; sons, Douglas Anthony Medlin, Jr. and Kevin Medlin; grandchildren: Skylar, Autumn, Brayden, Levi, Haedyn, Kendrick, Isabella, and Layla; and sister, Deborah E. Case (Paul). In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by his sister, Nancy Roberson; and brother, Wade Nathaniel Medlin.

Pastor Ronnie Powell will officiate funeral services 2:00 PM Thursday, January 5, 2023 at New Life Baptist Church, 2691 W Blue Ridge Dr, Greenville, SC 29611. The family will receive friends and loved ones an hour prior, beginning 1:00 PM. Committal and burial will follow at Graceland Cemetery West in Greenville, SC.
