Obituary for Gail Marie Yeatman

In Loving Memory of Gail Marie Yeatman-(04/29/1952-12/18/2023)

Gail Marie Yeatman, a devoted resident of Greenwood, SC, peacefully departed this earthly realm and entered into eternal rest with the Lord on December 18, 2023, at the age of 71. Surrounded by the love of her family, she leaves behind a legacy of faith, love, and devotion that will forever be cherished.

Gail is survived by her loving son William "Billy" Henry, daughters Tanya Halbig and Natasha "Tish" Halbig, as well as her siblings Gary Storton and Roger Storton. She will be remembered with affection by her grandchildren Zachary Henry, Andrea Conner-Schmitt, Kortney "Kory" Halbig, Andrew "Drew" Conner, Michael Conner, Kyler Halbig, Tabitha "Tabby" Conner, Samantha "Sam" Conner, Kweli Brown, and Anthonia "Tia" Anderson. Additionally, her great-grandchildren Mariana Ortiz, Harper Henry, Rylan Higbee, Garrison Conner, and Sebastian Halbig will carry forth her memory, and woman's best friend, "Little Bit."

Gail was preceded in death by her beloved spouse of 37 years, Bernard P. Yeatman, and her parents Frederick Allen and Virginia May Storton. She also mourned the loss of a grandson, Dylan Henry, who preceded her to the heavenly abode.

Gail's unwavering faith in Jesus Christ was the cornerstone of her life. A dedicated member of Life Pentecostal Church in Greenwood, SC, she strived to share the Word of the Lord and lead as many people as possible to the knowledge of His grace. Her absolute love for Jesus and her family defined her existence, leaving an indelible mark on all who were blessed to know her.

A memorial service to celebrate Gail's life will be held on Saturday, March 16th, 2024, at 3:00 PM at Life Pentecostal Church, located at 3904 Hwy 25 South, Greenwood, SC 29649. Friends and family are invited to join together to honor Gail's memory and find solace in the shared love and support that she bestowed upon all who knew her.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to a charity of your choice in Gail's name, continuing her legacy of love and compassion for others.

Gail will be dearly missed but will live on in the hearts and memories of those she touched with her kindness, love, and faith. May she rest in eternal peace, reunited with her loved ones in the presence of her Savior.
