Obituary for Grace Mercer
Jesus led His angel, Mary "Grace" Mercer, to heaven on Friday, June 3, 2022.
Grace will be remembered by her family as the most loving mother, grandmother, wife, and friend. She has been their supporter and confidant all their lives and will be greatly missed.
Throughout her life, Grace touched many people with her love and kindness and welcomed anyone to sit at her table.
Grace is survived by her husband, Bill; daughter, Sue Kelly; sons: Jimmy Cook, David Cook (Debbie), Joe Mercer (Gail), Mark Mercer (Bobbie), and Richie Kelly (Deanna); grandson, Josh Mercer; and brother, Roland Roe.
Grace was reunited with her son, Tracy; and grandson, Daniel.
Visitation with her family will be held from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM Wednesday, June 8, 2022 at Palmetto Mortuary, 1017 Mauldin Rd., Greenville, SC 29607. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Providence Hospice, 634 Fairview Rd., Simpsonville, SC 29680, www.providencecanhelp.com.
