Obituary for Herbert Anthony Butler
Herbert Anthony Butler, 63, of Greenville, went to be with the Lord on Wednesday, April 29th, 2020. He was the son of the late James Walter Lee Butler and Inez Patricia Burts.
He is survived by his loving wife Margaret Butler; son, James Earl Butler(Katie Cash Butler); daughters, Nadie M. Laurent, Megan F. Butler, Morgan J. Butler; siblings, Guy C. Burts, James A. Burts, Missy Burts; grandchildren, Jamir M. Butler, Namiyah M. Nicholas, Nylen G Nicholas, Audrey Kate Grace Butler, Archer Cash Butler; step father, J.B. Burts, and other family members, Keyuna Burts, Taylor Burts, Jalen D. Thompson, Deundrew M. Burts, Sidney Hulst.
Herbert enjoyed watching old western movies and startrek, fine cuisine and was faithful to the Lord and his Church. He was a trustee at Long Branch Baptist Church, and attended the Citadel in Charleston. He was a great salesman and loved talking to people.
A Memorial Service will be held Wednesday, May 6, 2020 at 12:00 pm for family and closest friends.
