Jennifer Rose Case, was born September 14th, 1987 to Chester D. Case and Rebecca Case Carson. She
attended James F. Byrnes (Spartanburg) and Travelers Rest (Greenville) High Schools.
Jennifer is survived by both parents, her stepmother, Janice D Case, and her stepfather, James F Carson;
her sister, Andrea D Belk, and brother, Chester “David” Case, Jr; her three beautiful children, Tinberly,
Tinsly, and Braven; her nieces, Aubree and Cason; her nephew, Gentry; as well as her many aunts,
uncles, and cousins.
Jennifer was a wildfire. She owned any room she walked into and never met a stranger. Anyone who
met her will never forget her. Jennifer left an ember burning in anyone’s heart who had the privilege to
know her.
Like many others, Jennifer fell into drug addition, which is an all-consuming fire when not extinguished.
It is a fire that we need to pray and fight against in Jennifer’s memory. Jennifer will not be forgotten, and
her fire will burn on in our hearts forever.
As a family, we ask that we do not seek retribution. Instead, we pray that everyone chooses forgiveness.
We pray for forgiveness for our sins and the forgiveness that Jennifer needs in the light of the scripture,
where Jesus teaches us to forgive.
Matthew 6:14
For if you forgive men their trespasses, your heavenly Father will also forgive you. But if you
don’t forgive men their trespasses, neither will your Father forgive your trespasses.
