Obituary for Jerry Donnie Harlan
Jerry "Don" Harlan, 82, of Simpsonville, South Carolina, went to be with the Lord on Friday, December 27th, 2019. He was the son of the late Benjamin and Amaryllis Harlan.
He is survived by his sons, David Harlan (Lesli), Micah Harlan; daughter, Suzanne Knight (Geoff); grandchild, Maddux Harlan; siblings, Jimmie Harlan and Al Harlan and his fur baby Cowboy.
He was preceded in death by his loving wife Clara Harlan; siblings, George Harlan and Hugh Harlan.
Don loved animals, fishing, movies and watching his favorite sports teams play. He was a US Army Veteran, a member of the Enoree Masonic Lodge and a Hejaz Shriner. He loved being a Hejaz Shriner and the work they do for the children.
There will be no Memorial Service for Don. In lieu of flowers the family asks that Donations be made to Shriners Hospital for Children in Greenville, South Carolina in Memory of Jerry "Don" Harlan.
