Dear Lucille, I was saddened to learn of JoAnn's death and my heart aches for you. This has taken me on a trip down memory lane as I think of the many wonderful times we shared as young girls in Greenville. I am blessed that I walked a portion of life's journey with JoAnn and you, and hold you both in my heart. Love and sympathy, Pret

Oh my dear Lucille, what a loss we have suffered. I have loved you and your family since I was a very young person. What would I have done without Jo Ann when Dr. Manchester operated on Dad. She was a blessing to me. I can't imagine the loss you must be feeling; deeper than the heartfelt loss for Mother and me when we lost your Mother. I love you all. Please call on me if I can be of any help in any way. With love to you and yours Margaret Ulmer
