Joseph "Joey" Jerome Samuel Gossett, 31, of Piedmont, SC, passed awayTuesday, June 14, 2022.
Joey is survived by his parents, Brenda Langen and WIlliam and Rebecca Gossett; brothers, Hank and Tyler Gossett; sister, Mary Elisabeth Gossett; aunts and uncles, Sam and Christina Gossett and Troy and Tina Wichman; nieces and nephews, Nick, Adam, Hayden, Avery, and Ariel; and girlfriend, Nicole Liberty. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Bill and Sylvine Gossett; brother, Eddie Gossett; and sister, Nikki Gossett.
Joey would light up a room when he walked in. He had a tremendous love for his family and always sacrificed himself for the betterment of others. Joey never met a stranger and was a loving friend to anyone he met.
A Celebration of Joey's Life will be held 2:00 - 4:00 PM Monday, June 20, 2022 at Palmetto Mortuary, 1017 Mauldin Rd., Greenville, SC 29607. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the charity of one's choice.
