Obituary for Luis Felipe Mayo
Luis Felipe Mayo, 76, of Mauldin, went to be with the Lord on Tuesday, October 20th, 2020. He was the son of the late Luis Felipe Rivera Sr. and Irma Luisa Mayo.
He is survived by his wife Claudia Batchelor and her extended family; sister, Ivonne Rivera; daughter, Deborah Bishop; nieces, Tiffany Sarasty and her husband Stewart, Natalie Escobar and Irma Rivera; sisters in-law Sandra Rivera and Maruja Rivera.
He was preceded in death by his brother Joseph Rivera as well as his twin brother Hugo Rivera.
Luis will be remembered for his service during the Vietnam War as he was a Purple Heart and Bronze Star recipient. He will be missed dearly by his family and friends.
The family will be having a memorial service at a later date.
