Obituary for Marion Paschal Porterfield Jr.
Marion 'Bubba' Paschal Porterfield, Jr., 59, of Simpsonville, SC, was called home to be with our Lord on Thursday, March 5th, 2020. He was the son of John and Beverly Porterfield Gill and the late Marion Paschal Portfield, Sr.
Bubba will be remembered for his love of dancing and music. His favorite movie was ET and he loved his "Scooby Snacks", aka M&M's. His love and laughter will be greatly missed.
He is survived by his siblings, Brenda Porterfield Sherbert (Thomas 'Chunk'), Melinda Porterfield Brouillard, Jerrie Porterfield DuPre (Don), and Stacy Porterfield; nieces and nephews, Summer Brown (Steven), Brandon Sherbert (Kim), Alex Brouillard, and Matt Brouillard; and great niece and nephew, Dakota Brown and Rylee Sherbert; and Bubba's extended family at Hughes House in Fountain Inn, SC.
He was preceded in passing by his grandparents, Joe and June Sherouse Algieri and Weldon and Mamie Lee Porterfield.
