Obituary for Michael Tharon Carlisle
Michael Tharon Carlisle, 48, of Piedmont, SC, went to be with the Lord on October 27, 2020.
Michael graduated from Wren High School in 1990. He worked in transportation for many years and served as a South Carolina State Trooper from January 1999 to August 2005.
Michael was a devoted husband of 29 years and an amazing father and role model. He never met a stranger and was always there to lend a helping hand. Michael loved Clemson football, spending time at the beach with his family, and his dog, Molly. He will be dearly missed.
Michael is survived by his wife, Amy; his two children, Wyatt and Emily; his parents, Sarah and Mickey Carlisle; a sister Suzette Schweitzer (Joe); and many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephew, cousins, and friends.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Ernest and Sarah Carlisle; and Elmer and Hazel Bryson.
Private Service was held.
