Obituary for Patricia Elainne Grant
Patricia Elainne Grant, 67, widow of Joe T. Grant, of Pelzer passed away on June 19, 2022. Born in Brooklyn, New York she was the daughter of the late Clyde and Mary Grimes.
She loved to spend time preaching the word with her loving congregation of Jehovah’s Witnesses. She loved to read, travel and listen to live music. She will be remembered as a dedicated wife, mother, teacher and servant of God.
Patricia is survived by her sons, Fred Corbett and his wife Shameika, Jordan Grant and step son Jamel Grant; daughters, Timicia Grant, Mary Joie Grant, step daughters, Shawanna Thompson and Shaquan Mohammed; siblings, Diane Grimes, Victor Grimes, Barbara Ricketts, LeRoy Otway and Winston Grimes; grandchildren, Donovan and Destiny Corbett, Famaaj Corbett, Elijah Grant-Hrabowski, Kashton Sortor, Kyrie Grant, Jordyn Grant and Rennie Grant and many other grandchildren through marriage.
She was preceded in death by her son, Greg Khali -Johnson.
Memorial service will be held on Saturday, June 25, 2022 at 2:00 PM at 209 Holcombe Road Simpsonville, SC 29680. Repass will be at Upstate Circle of Friends at 4:00 PM located at 29 Ridgeway Drive Greenville, SC 29605.
