Obituary for Robert Anthony Dunn
Robert Anthony Dunn, 76, of Greenville County, went to be with the Lord on Sunday, February 21, 2021. He was the son of the late Bob and Mary Dunn.
Robert is survived by his loving wife of 52 years, Marsha S. Dunn; sons, Judson Medlock, James Dunn (Amy), Timothy Dunn (Patti); a sister, Maria Bishop; grandchildren, Ashlyn, Hannah, Erin, Landon, Riley, Chloe; special friends, Buster Reid, Jim Sosebee, Dale Norris, James Carlton.
In addition to his parents, Robert was preceded in death by his grandchild, Keara Dunn.
Robert was an active Shriner, Mason, and member of York Rite. He was a Scoutmaster, an avid gardener, enjoyed building fast cars, and was proud to have served as a Marine. Robert loved listening to George Thorogood, and was a big supporter of his Tennessee Vols. He was an easy-going person who could talk to anyone, and he will be greatly missed by his family and friends.
The family will have a memorial service on Monday, March 8, 2021 at 10:30 to be held at Bethel Baptist Church.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Shriner's Hospital.
