Roland Arthur Marcotte, 77, beloved husband of Loretta C. Marcotte, went to be with the Lord and loved ones on April 1, 2022. He was the son of the late Arthur Marcotte and Eva Pratte Marcotte of NH.
Roland was an avid fisherman and worked at Walmart in Simpsonville for 21 years. He was the best father anyone could ask for.
In addition to his wife of 52 years, he was the loving father of sons, Joseph Maxfield of CT, Scott Maxfield(Andrea) of SC, Eugene Roy(Robyn) of CA and Arthur Roy of SC; daughter, Lisa Furman, of SC; grandchildren, Victoria Maxfield of CT, Brenden Maxfield of SC, Michael Maxfield of CT, Zachary Maxfield, Alex, Logan, Andrew, and Abbigail Marcotte of SC; great grandchildren, Alise, Max and Maddie of CT.
Celebration of life will be held on Saturday, April 23, 2022 at 11:00 AM at Upstate Church Mauldin 509 S Main Street Mauldin, SC.
