Santiago Elilio, 68, husband of Liwayway Elilio, went to be with the Lord on Tuesday, March 14, 2023.
A resident of Simpsonville, he was an automotive mechanic who enjoyed farming, cooking, and spending time with his family. He was an associate of Simpsonville Walmart.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by sons, Zandro Elilio (Elizabeth) and Melchor Elilio (Mylene); daughters, Liberty Hamby (Tony), Lyn E. Fernandez (Jun), and Lorena Dayrit; a sister, June Elilio; and grandchildren, Nicole, Justin, Nikko, Franchezka, Jansen, Ethan, Luis, Kara Eunice, and Elyza Jane.
He was predeceased by his parents, Zosimo and Rosita Elilio; and a sister, Zenaida.
The family will host a memorial service at 2:00 p.m. Thursday, March 30 2023 at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church, 8 Gillin Drive, Simpsonville, SC 29680.
