Tracy Wayne Crews, age 54, passed away on May 9, 2021. Tracy was born January 19, 1967 to Ronald Crews and Linda Rodden Cox in Kernersville, NC. He was a 1985 graduate of East Forsyth High School. After graduating from North Carolina State University, he worked as a Mechanical Engineer at Michelin for 28 years and raised his family in Belton, SC.

Tracy is survived in life by his son, Cory W. Crews (Megan); and daughter, Kelly M. Fischer (Kyle). He is preceded in death by his parents, Ronald Crews, and Eddie and Linda Cox, and his brother, Chip Crews.

Tracy was a member of First Baptist Church in Williamston, SC for many years and enjoyed singing in the choir. He loved spending quality time with his kids, going on beach trips and being outdoors. Tracy truly loved to sing and play his guitar. He enjoyed lead singing in his band with local friends and with his band at Michelin. You could often find him sitting around a campfire and playing his guitar for friends and family. If he wasn’t outdoors with his horses or building something around the house, he was inside cooking something from his garden and listening to Alan Jackson. Tracy truly loved life through its simple pleasures.

Memorial service will be held 2:00 PM Saturday, May 22, 2021 at Gray Mortuary, 52 Main St., Pelzer, SC 29669.
