Mr. Koelle was a very kind man who I had the pleasure of knowing for many years. I am so sorry to hear about his passing but we are comforted by knowing that the many adversities he faced lately and over the years are no longer causing him to suffer.

"Death is not extinguishing the light, it is only putting out the lamp because the dawn has come." - Rabindranath Tagore

God's comfort and blessings to the Koelle family.

Hi, my name is Scott Drake and I also own a condo at Leeward Landing where Wally lived. I think my wife and I may have been the first people Wally met after he moved to Leeward Landing. I also served on the HOA board with Wally for several years. During that time, there were several major projects that were undertaken. More often than not, Wally was the most knowledgeable board member concerning what we were doing.

Several times over the years Wally gave me a call just checking on how I was doing. My wife and I will miss him and we'll remember him as a true gentle-man.
