Obituary for Whonetha Edwards (Browning)
Whonetha Browning Edwards, 71, passed away Saturday, July 2, 2022 at the Prisma Healthcare center.
She was born February 17, 1951. Whonetha graduated from Bowling Green University with a degree in Journalism. She was a Journalist for valvoline Motorsports and later became a Junior Highschool teacher. After she retired she began to write grants for the Government.
She is survived by her only child, Jada C. Edwards Jessop; grandson Christopher Jessop II (April); great- grandchildren Skyler, Farren, and Jobbie. Also surviving are her sisters, Martha Browning-Dulin; Patricia Browning; and a brother, Willie Browning.
She is welcomed home by her parents, Clara Epps and Postell Browning as well as her brothers Marshall Browning; Lewis Browning; Joseph Browning; and J.R. Browning.
She was truly loved by everyone that got the chance to meet her and deeply missed while forever in our hearts.
