Obituary for William "Bear" Summerlin
William "Bear" Wade Summerlin, 69, passed away at his residence in Taylors, South Carolina on May 16, 2022.
He is survived by his loving wife Deborah Summerlin; son: Chad Young (Kimberly Young); daughter: Shana Hart (Scott Hart); step-son: Jerry Franklin; brother: Tommy Curles (of Valdosta, Georgia); grandchildren: Jacob Hart, Jed Hart, Hayden Franklin, and Theodore Young. He was preceded in death by his parents Jacob and Mammie Summerlin; and brother: Randy Summerlin.
Wade enjoyed the outdoors, working in the yard, traveling and seeing beautiful places around the world. He was a loving and caring man, and was loved equally as much as he loved others. He will be missed by so many, but all will be rejoiced one day.
A celebration will be held at a later date.
