Zelphia Ann McAbee, 58, of Greenville, South Carolina, daughter of Ruth "Lib" Grubbs Laurier, and the late Jack Grubbs, went to be with the Lord on Tuesday, February 18, 2020.

Ann is survived in life by her loving mother and step father Dan Laurier; her adoring children, Christopher Donald Grubbs, Mendy Elizabeth McAbee, and Joshua Thomas McAbee (Amanda); grandchildren, Breanna and Marissa Roberts, and Caiden Grubbs; sisters, Peggy McGaha, and Jacqueline Fayyaz, and numerous nieces and nephews.

She is preceded in death by her father, and her brother in law, David M. McGaha.

Ann had a heart of gold with a sweet giving nature, but she wasn't afraid to speak her mind to let you know how she truly felt.
Ann was a fighter who never stopped loving her children and grandchildren as she overcame every obstacle in her life.

Monday, February 24, 2020 from 12:00 pm -1:00 pm at
Palmetto Mortuary

The funeral service for family and friends will be on
Monday, February 24, 2020 at 1:00 pm at
Palmetto Mortuary
1017 Mauldin Road, Greenville, South Carolina 29607.

Burial will follow funeral service at
Simpsonville City Cemetery.
