Obituary for Nellie Ruth Moon (Kellett)
Nellie Ruth Moon, 82, of Greenville, went to be with the Lord on Sunday, January 17, 2016.
She is survived by her children, Robin (John) Odom, Susan (Mark) Spencer, John (Margaret) Moon, Jr.; her grandchildren, Brandy (Alan) Nelson, David Odom, Jonathan Spencer, Matthew Spencer, Hope (Peter) Faltaous, Timothy Spencer, Chris Odom, Hannah Moon, Ashley Spencer, and Emily Spencer; her great-grandchildren, Brycen Nelson, Brinna Nelson, Reid Nelson, Thomas Cason, and Elliana Faltaous; and her siblings, Bryant Kellett, Nannie Kellett, and Jane Burton.
She is preceded in death by her husband, John Robert Moon, Sr.
Nellie was of the Baptist faith and a member of Reedy Fork Baptist Church. She was a secretary for Greenville Memorial Hospital, where she retired after many years of faithful service.
The visitation will be held on Monday, January 25, 2016 at Reedy Fork Baptist Church at 10:30 am, with the funeral service following immediately at 11:30 am.
Interment will be in Greenville Memorial Gardens.
