Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Susan Stancell can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Susan Regina  Stancell (Batson)
Susan "Regina" Stancell, 66, passed away on Sunday July 30, 2017 at her home. She was born on February 8, 1951 in Fort Gordon, GA.



She was preceded in Death by her mother Lillian Morton Lockee, father James Arthur Jones, Sister Norma Jean Megill, brother Thomas Michael Batson



She is survived by her spouse, Hayes Kenneth Stancell; children Susan Renee Burdette (Beverly), Michael Shane Chaudoin (Ginger), and Renia Norris Trickett (Tommy); step children April Stancell Lindsey (Barbara) and Shannon Dawn Ratliff (George); grandchildren Joshua Burdette, Ashley Burdette, Chase Chaudoin, Colin Chaudoin, Ellyson Trickett, Addyson Trickett, Stella Trickett, and Betsy Kate Trickett. Great Grandchildren Isabella Burdette, Emmalin Burdette, Anniston Miller, Susan "Marcy" Burdette, and Ryleigh Marie Clardy; siblings Deborah Brown, Sloan Morton Jr, Karen Cecilia Wooden , Charles "Mickey" Finley and numerous Aunts, Uncles, Nieces, Nephews, and Cousins.



Regina was a loyal and dedicated employee for 38 years at ITG Solutions, formerly known as Dunean Plant and Safety Components. During her 9 year battle with Metastatic Breast Cancer, she faced each stage with courage and dignity. She never complained and she never gave up. She loved spending time with her family and she always enjoyed seeing others laugh. She will be greatly missed.



There will be a private family service to be followed with a Gravesite service on Wednesday, August 2, 2017 at 1:30 pm at Greenville Memorial Gardens 7784 Augusta Rd, Piedmont, SC 29673.
